Workout Regiment

Nate's grandparent Carney gave him a orange & blue football when they visited in July. It is one of his favorite toys and he has been trying to get ready for the upcoming football season. He has his wrist curls down to strengthen those forearms for gripping and giving a strong handshake. We'll soon have him move on to squats and the bench press.
