Very cool Declaration!

Nate and I got the opportunity to see on of the very first copies of the Declaration for Independence. Some gentleman purchased a painting at a flea market for $4 and when he was inspecting a tear in the painting he found this copy of the Declaration under it! He then was able to sell it for $1 million!! This copy was one of 250 printed by a printer in Philly PA and since it was considered high treason to have a copy, the owner probably put it under the picture for safe keeping. This copy is actually older than the hand written one in DC and is touring the country so Americans can see part of their heritage. Very cool!!
