Thankfully, on Day 11 of Nicole's life her umbilical cord fell off...just in time for a bath. We talked about giving her a bath that evening, however she seems to be knocked out at night (probably from watching her wild brother all day) so we didn't end up giving her a bath until the 26th (15 days old).
Here is Daddy getting the water ready (Mommy likes things really hot so for the safety of the kids, Daddy is in charge of setting temps around here.)

Getting undressed to get in the tub.

Getting really clean for the first time!
Of course, in true baby fashion as soon as we got her out of the tub and into the warm towel she decided she needed to go the bathroom...all down Jeff's arm and she even managed to hit Nate (who of course had to watch the 1st bath.) I was laughing, Jeff was traumatized, Nate was more interested in trying to play in the remaining tub water, and Nicole was screaming because she was cold. All in all, after another rinse the goal was accomplished...one squeaky clean baby girl.
