While Grammy and Grumpy were here we were able to celebrate Nate's upcoming b'day. Nate was so excited and asked for birthday cake all day (even though the kid doesn't like cake!) He enjoyed all of us singing to him, blowing out the candles, and eating the candy letters off the top of the cake but what he really enjoyed were the presents. He loves opening presents!! And he got some great ones from Grammy, Grumpy, and Uncle Jono.
Two of his favorite presents are the t-ball set (which we play with several times a week...and he can hit a line drive!) and his slide. I think all of Nate's toys like the slide. Nate goes down the slide, then bork, then "lightin'", then Thomas...you get the idea. We have also put a blanket over the slide to make a tunnel.
