If you haven't taken your kids to
Lowe's Build and Grow workshops, you should. It's free, it's fun, and, it's educational (well you can make it educational.) We took Nate right before Christmas because they were building a train. It was the last week for the train series but since we got to make the engine I figured it would be o.k. The kids get an apron to wear, safety goggle (which only stayed on for the pictures) and when they complete either item they get a patch to put on their apron. We met Lisa and Matt at the store and I think the kids really enjoyed it...or maybe the dad's enjoyed it more...
