We have so much to be thankful for this year! I am so glad we were able to take a whole day to reflect on God's blessings in our life, hopefully you were able to as well.
This year we decided to stay close to home for the holidays, so for Thanksgiving we travelled up to Arlington, VA to spend the Wednesday evening and Thanksgiving day with some of Jeff's buddies from SU. We started Wednesday evening out with some fun and fellowship which of course included the train game. :) Thursday morning was a wonderfully relaxing! We were able to talk, play football, eat a wonderful breakfast, watch the Macy's day parade, and cook our Thanksgiving meal. Around noon Craig showed up...just in time to help move the couch, eat some shrimp, and then partake in a wonderful Thanksgiving meal. We of course had to play the train game with Craig as well. :) Nate enjoyed his 2nd Thanksgiving by eating his body weight in Jeremy's delicious mashed potatoes! He did try green bean casserole, sweet potatoes, and turkey with spiced cranberry sauce however he seemed to stick very close to the mashed potatoes. Nate also really enjoyed playing the Anastasia's new kitty...not too sure the kitty enjoyed Nate as much as Nate enjoy him. :)
Thank you Jeremy and Anastasia for hosting us and for the excellent meal!!
