The Baxter Clan

The Baxter side the family isn't nearly as hard to remember names...just how we are related! My Uncle Gene only had four girls, Debbie, Tammie, Brenda, and Cindy (all pictured at the top of the picture below) however they each have kids (which I though would be second cousins however my husband informed me that is wrong) and then some of their kids have kids!!! That means that my cousins are grandparents! They are easily a generation ahead of us so it got really confusing to me when someone would say grandma (especially when my Aunt Deanna, cousin Debbie, her daughter Jessie, and her daughter Haley were all there...was the grandma Debbie or Deanna?) Anyway, we did get to see all of my cousins while we were there and we got to see a lot of their kids/grandkids. It is amazing how much family we saw in ID considering we got their late Sunday night and left early Tuesday morning.
Side Note: The kid in the picture with the moose was my cousin Cindy's grandson, Brogan, who was going mutton bustin' on Monday night. Jeff thought that was the best thing he had never heard of and we debated about going to watch but decided against it. Unfortunately, now Jeff has a fascination with mutton bustin' and I think we are going to need to find a rodeo for him to go to so he can watch. If you have never been to a rodeo...you need to go. And if you have never watched mutton bustin'...you need to put it on your bucket list!
